Security Deposit: All rentals regardless of stay require a security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable following the end of your rental period, if the premises are left undamaged, all inventory intact, and all financial obligations met. For rentals 30 days or less,we keep your credit card number on file for the security deposit. Security deposit is $1,000. Renter is responsible for any and all damages caused during their stay including damages caused by others in their party and/or guests. Renter is asked to leave kitchen dishes, pots and pans clean and put away before departure or an excess cleaning fee will be charged at $35/hour. A portion of this security deposit will be used for cleaning/trash removal if the rental home is left excessively dirty or littered.
Holdover Tenancy: Any stay beyond your reservation date must be approved. Housekeepers will start to clean for the next tenant at 11:00AM on your designated checkout day unless other arrangements have been made.
Inventory: The furnishings provided are inventoried upon your arrival and departure. Kitchenware is supplied and there is a beginning supply of some usable goods such as soap, paper products, etc. If upon check-in, you see something freshly damaged, please call immediately to relay the problem to the Owners. Any missing or damaged inventory will be charged against your security deposit. Also, furniture needs to be left where found at the beginning of occupancy. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience. ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING. Lodging tax in Anchorage is 12% for all stays under 30 days. All properties are independently owned, operated and insured. Upon receipt of your official confirmation, please review all property specific details, and reply with any questions or changes within 24 hours. Changes made after 24 hours of your reservation will subject to cancellation policies. .
