of properties for vacations in Italy and all over the world.
Through the web site www.holidayinhouse.com, it is possible to post rent offers by owners
(from this point called "costumer") which are viewed by the renters.
NDPLANET.COM S.A.S is not a real estate agency neither an intermediary between property
owners and renters. What even better that it takes no commission or percentage of the
leases.
In order for owners to post there property information on the web site
www.holidayinhouse.com they will pay a subscription rate as mentioned on the web site
itself, excluding a free trial period that the NDPLANET.COM s.a.s could to choose to
grants.
The renters can use the services of the web site www.holidayinhouse.com free of charge.
2) Your Responsibility and Liability
Customer s will be able to post there information on the web site through owner section.
Customers will be responsible for the validity of the information they post with regards
to legal terms and other parties rights.
( as example: copyright, etc).
It is forbidden to use www.holidayinhouse.com site for the publication of illegal or
unsuitable material ( only as example: pornographic material, extremist material, urging
to the violence, etc)
Customer bares the responsibility of the validity of there own information
taking into consideration that NDPLANET.COM will not be responsible what so ever in

unauthorized publication of information.
It's therefore express excluded every responsibility of the NDPLANET.COM s.a.s. in
hypothesis of not authorized publication of information.
The Customer is obliged to hold harmless NDPLANET.COM s.a.s. and indemnify all losses ,
costs, burdens and expenses including eventual lawyers costs that could have to be endured
or to be supported from NDPLANET.COM as a consequence of whichever non-fulfillment from
the Customer to the obligation and guarantees previewed in this article and however
connected to the rent offer information, also in hypothesis of damn pretensions from
others at any title.
In case the Information have publicity character the Customer guarantee that the same ones
are consistent to every enforced disposition in matter.
3) Validity of the entered data
The Customer guarantees the precision and exactitude of his own personal data together
with the information related to property he offers for rent.
NDPLANET.COM.s.a.s. could never be bare the responsibility in case of inexact or non
existent personal information neither information about the costumer rent offers.
NDPLANET.COM s.a.s has the right to cancel or to suspend the registration or the
announcements that were revealed as false, not exact or not updated.
4) System Functionality
NDPLANET.COM supply the access to the web site www.holidayinhouse.com 24 hours a day,
7days a week, except for momentarily interruptions for technical causes, maintenance or
other urgent reasons.
NDPLANET.COM s.a.s is not responsible for damages that could derive from such
interruptions.
NDPLANET.COM s.a.s is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages deriving from the
activation or the interruption of the services.
The dispositions of the present article will be valid and effective also after the
cessation of the duration of the services, for expiration of the terms, resolution or
recess from one of them.

access our site www.holidayinhouse.com and benefit from the services offered.
Owner s and the renters will have to maintain the secrecy of there password.
Registered owners and renters are the only ones authorized to access their accounts.
NDPLANET.COM is not responsible for the improper or unauthorized use of the user name and
the password.
6) Modifications of terms and conditions
NDPLANET.COM s.a.s. reserves itself the right to modify the current
general use conditions .
NDPLANET.COM s.a.s. will inform the Customer of the modifications, through communication
by email or posting them on the web site www.holidayinhouse.com
7) Legalties
The current general use conditions are supported and interpreted according to the Italian
civil law.
For whichever controversy the competence is of the Civil Court of Rome ( Italy )
